Step 6 - Shortlisting
A phone or face-to-face interview of shortlisted talents will be arranged with the client.
Step 7 - Interview
Arrangement for phone interview or face-to-face interview of shortlisted talents with the client.
Step 8 - Negotiate
Once a talent is offered the job, our consultants will assist in negotiation and reference checking until the offer is accepted.
Step 9 - Onboarding
Successful talent placements and onboarding sessions will be done with the client.
Step 10 - Follow-Up
Our consultants will keep in close touch with the talent’s progress at the new placement, and the client will be informed of the talent’s concerns when necessary.
