Job Description:

-To assist in project management from planning & design stage, execution (tendering & construction), coordination, implementation and completion of project (refurbishment/ renovation/ new development) within budget and schedules, for Malaysia & overseas project -To assist to develop design from given concept to the artist impression, working drawings and details -To assist in Liaising and obtaining authorities approval at various stages of work -To assist in leading the project team and resolve technical details -To source for quotation and price negotiation with suppliers and contractors -To assist in managing and involving with all properties layout & architectural matters, and work closely with the resident maintenance team

Requirement:

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Architecture -Minimum 5 years of working experience

-Must have good communication skills, spoken and written in English -Autocad, Photoshop, Sketch up, -Strong design skill and project management capabilities -Articulate and demonstrate the ability to think strategically and sound leadership skills -Travelling: Within Malaysia (frequent), Oversea (Subject to top management requirement)
