RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieving growth and delivering agreed sales budget • Work closely with General Manager to design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence • Build and manage business development pipeline to achieve annual sales growth above the industry average • Develop new key accounts for sustainable sales growth • Propose and execute strategic business direction in line with Division direction • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status • Liaise with the NPI team for prompt RFQ and delivery
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5-8 years relevant manufacturing experience (prefer medical devices, contract manufacturing sector) • Bachelor in Marketing, Management, Engineering or related field • Successful experience as sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding sales budget • Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate, present and influence all levels of contact point • Provel ability to drive sales process from planning to closing
