Job Responsibilities: • Strong focus and monitor market trends on identifying and developing new logistics and services business opportunities on Sea Freight, Air Freight and other Total Logistics needs to support the revenue growth. • Responsible for reaching sales objectives for both import and export markets. • Build a sound understanding of target customers, working with these customers to identify pain points with a view of finding mutually beneficial solutions. • Establish sales business plan to promote and offer services to existing or potential clients with the objective of growing the customer database. • Proactive in researching, gathering, and analysing market data, understanding the actions of competitors and industry trends, and the capacity to identify new business opportunities. • Communicate significant trends, rate changes, and policies to assigned accounts. • Research and understand the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers. • Prepare and submit report on overall business performance or business activity. • Lead, direct and inspire team to achieve corporate goals and objectives including coaching, mentoring, and developing to manage the customer expectations as well. • Develop effective working relationships with peers, executives, and clients.
Job Requirements: • Preferably diploma or degree holder - major in Logistic/ Transportation/Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent. • Candidate is fluent in Mandarin preferred as this role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients. • At least four (4) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
