Responsibilities \

1. Create, analyse and validate detailed functional specifications. 

2. Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders. 

3. Facilitate design sessions with the developers to define solutions based on use case. 

4. Deliver elements of system design, including use cases, business rules, wireframes, functional documents or other detailed deliverables.

5. Perform quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet quality standards. 

6. Perform certification assurance and approval with EMVCo. 

7. Communicate key insights and findings with the team. 

8. Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value. 

Requirements \

1. Degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Management or its equivalent. 

2. High adaptability to work at a fast and dynamic working pace. 

3. Has good writing (procedures and reports) and verbal communication skills. 

4. Has good presentation skills. 

5. Has critical thinking skills, responsible and a team player. 

6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
