About the role:
We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team and build a strong portfolio of new clients. To be successful as a Business Development Executive, you should have a strong negotiation skills to attracting new prospect. Ultimately, an outstanding BDE will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our services always exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients and turn this into increase business and identify decision maker within the client organization.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging potential business network.
- Conduct market intel and market research and track opportunities in contract staffing business and also permanent job openings.
- Elaborate pricing strategies for solutions and services.
- Participate in industry events and conferences representing the company.
- Make presentation to mid and senior level management with a view to develop services, pricing / quotation and distribution channel.
- Work closely with Recruitment Team on the new business prospect and job qualifier in order to deliver the process in timeline.
- Attend to client inquiries and ensure client satisfaction including after sales process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years in business development/sales field preferably in recruitment industry or similar
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sales oriented individual
- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with potential clients
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Must have own transportation to travel
