JOB DESCRIPTION

DRIVER • Drive directors and other passengers as required, safely and ensure timely arrival/departure. • Attend to the needs of the Directors or passengers. • Punctual at all times. • Ensure that the vehicles are kept clean and maintained at all times. • Ensure that the vehicles’ road tax and insurance are valid and inform the office one month in advance for renewal. • Ensure the vehicles are serviced as per mileage and any repairs to be attended to. • Confirm and plan the routes. • Comply with all traffic rules and ensure that driving license is valid at all times. • Must be able to travel outstation. • Must be able to work during weekends and public holidays. • Must be required to work overtime.

DESPATCH • Dispatch all deliveries punctually.

OTHER DUTIES • Any other tasks that may be required from time to time.
