Responsibilities:

• To provide operational support by answering calls (our company software phone and online queries and provide technical solution to the issues (i.e answering technical issue in our company phone apps – Atlas). • To educate the apps users on how to use new features or add on programs. • To identify and provide feedback from customers to support team for continuous improvement. • To summarize all FAQ and do documentation for further improvement. • To update reported issues and work closely with IT department technical support team to assure quality client customer service.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in any discipline • Energetic and self-motivated • Team player • Good communication skills, outspoken • Ability to organize daily workload by priorities. • Must be able to handle fast-paced working environment. • Internet savvy and basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
