RESPONSIBILITIES •To do front counter cashier and posting daily cheque. •To attend customer enquiries and answering the incoming calls in courteous manner. •Handle and record the incoming and outgoing couriers in the office. •To assist purchasing department as and when is required. •To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior/Manager.
REQUIREMENTS •Minimum SPM/Diploma holder. •Minimum 1 year experience in customer service field. •Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. •Good in using Microsoft Excel/Words.
