As Head of, you will work together with the Country Director of HR to transform, develop, and manage a high performing HR operational service that is employee-centric, commercially focused, and efficient. You will play a critical role in establishing and leading a collaborative and effective HR Employee Services in partnership with HRBPs and other COEs while leading continuous improvement and modernization initiatives for all employee lifecycle activities. Your focus will be in the areas of Operations and Administrative, Payroll, Benefits Administration Mobility and Expatriate Mgmt.
Responsibilities: · Accountable for the day-to-day performance of the HR Employee Services team, ensuring clear SLA's and KPI's align to effective and positive employee experience on all services provided. · Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data managed and maintained. · Responsible for continuous process improvements. Participate in key HR projects to support the further development of the HR Employee Services function. Partner to align with peers and teammates across on core and common ways of working, process improvements and initiatives. · Lead payroll and statutory processing, to maintain compliance to legal, fiscal and regulatory requirement. This includes any of form of remunerations, statutory contributions, fund release to statutory bodies, tax reporting and clearances, payment to vendors and employees. · Provide leadership, coaching, feedback, and recognition to all team members within the HR operations team. Leading engagement, to ensure all action planning and team objectives support the overall group HR strategy and business objectives. · Establish and report on relevant KPI's or SLA's for HR Operations performance. · Responsible for internal compliance and controls related to HR Operations and the organization's adherence to relevant government laws and regulations. You will build and enforce required procedures to identify and mitigate potential control gaps and risks.
Requirements:
- Prior experience managing HR policies, processes, and system to ensure compliance with the local regulatory and benefits requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Proficient in the design, development, and implementation of HR systems and robust operations functions to support business growth and improve overall HR efficiency.
- Detail-oriented and analytical with the ability to evaluate complex data and make sound recommendations for continuous improvement to HR operations to support business objectives.
- Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop team members to achieve personal growth and operational excellence as a cohesive team.
- Results-driven and highly collaborative with strong relationship building skills. Excellent communications skills with good ability to present one’s ideas with conviction persuasively.
- Well exposed in managing project budget and cost/expenditures to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
- Demonstrate sound knowledge in SAP HRIS, SuccessFactors, talent management, mobility and expatriate management, HR operations trends and best practices
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-culture interactions
