Duties and Responsibilities:

The person is responsible for developing business partnerships and driving new revenue sources for the plant. The position is responsible for identifying opportunities and threats mainly within business segments served by the company, collaborating with stakeholders to develop initiatives and strategies that optimise business opportunities to deliver budget.

• Meet Sales budget • Build and manage business development pipeline to achieve annual sales growth above industry average • Develop new key accounts for sustainable sales growth • Propose and execute strategic business direction in line with Division direction • Become an expert in products offered • Liaise with NPI team for prompt RFQ and delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related field • 5 years or more industrial sales experience in plastic component (Heavy Gauge), E&E. industries with demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts. • Age between 30s to early 40s
