Responsibilities:
- Monthly preparation & timely completion of full spectrum of payroll
- Coordinate and organize all statutory payments and liaison with all statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, LHDN etc)
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain employee personnel records
- Manage and execute all activities related to Industrial Relation activities such as compliance to regulatory act related to employment. Handling disciplinary issues, investigation, domestic inquiry, and documentation such as Warning Letter and others which is relevant to disciplinary
- Represent company for any dispute case in Industrial Relation Department
- Full cycle of recruiting and sourcing. Advertise and source for suitable candidates for available vacancies. Arrange for interviews / interview candidates.
- Keep abreast of the latest updates on employment law and compliance requirements
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma with experience in related field / Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Possess knowledge in relevant HR functions
- Good in problem solving and understanding of employment act for company interests
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Employment Act and current HR practices in Malaysia
- Experience and familiar with the full spectrum of HR
- Able to work independently and interact effectively with all parties
- Requires strong administration skills, including good in written/oral communication
- Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & any Human Resources System
- Strong numerical skills
- Good communication and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
