Responsibilities

• Meet with the client to understand the client's objectives and desires
• Work closely with Design & Project Lead to implement the project and develop a complete set of construction details drawings.
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team to address client's needs
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
• Able to work on multiple projects concurrently and deliver on expectations within tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in the related field
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in the related field for Senior Level
• Must be skilled in ACAD, SKP / 3D Max
• knowledge of 3D rendering software will be an advantage
