Job Description:-
\
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks\
- Screen resumes and application forms\
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates\
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms\
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts\
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days\
- Sending out emails to potential clients for securing new opportunities with a company\
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned from time to time
Requirements:\ - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR or a related field with CGPA of 3.00 and above\
- Expert computer skills\
- Excellent written and verbal communication\
- Willingness to learn\
- Strong interest in recruitment and business development field
