Job Description

We are looking for a project manager, who will need to travel extensively throughout Malaysia including Sabah/Sarawak. Candidate must have at least a skill level of 7 and above on Microsoft project. Generally candidate work scope is leading the project, attending meetings, visiting sites, coordination, etc

1.Collaborate with technical team to define, plan and schedule tasks

2. Drive project implementation activities and assume the single point of communication between clients and internal team

3.Manage project related matters, customer expectation and solve project issues with the support from internal team

4.Attend and hold project meetings, track project progress, identify critical success factors and constraints

5.IT/Software/Communication based projects.

6. Good communication skill. Able to handle project management tools such as MS-Project

IT/Call Center project implementation manager.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Implementation Project Manager is to lead a success implementation, meeting timelines and budget requirements.

The manager coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to clients, project sponsors and senior management.

Additionally, the manager often works with external vendors as needed and travels on-site to client meetings.

Ensuring the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements is another responsibility.
