Job Description:
• Create and support the day-to-day execution of ad campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads platforms, including ad copy, creative assets, targeting, optimisation and budget management, to achieve departmental KPIs. • Own the optimization and management of multiple paid channels, such as campaign structure, targeting improvements, strategy implementation, and campaign analysis. • Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, and audiences to optimise campaigns using data-driven decision-making. • Work cross-functionally with all stakeholders, including marketing teams across the group, sales team, and account management team, to align marketing strategies with business goals. • Gain an overall understanding of customer and consumer behaviour, upcoming campaigns, new products, and enhancements. • Stay up-to-date on digital advertising and marketing trends and make recommendations accordingly.
Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience. • Preferable to have 1-2 years’ experience in paid ads. • Strong English with good writing abilities and good communication skills. Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage. • Experience with Facebook and Google advertising, including performance solutions such as conversion campaigns, custom audiences, and tag management. • Data-driven and proven ability to analyse data for insights using Google Analytics. • Knowledge and experience in email marketing would be a plus. • Detail-oriented, with strong demonstrated project management capabilities. • Strong self-starter, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders effectively. • Able to multitask effectively and manage multiple campaigns or projects concurrently. • Preferable Female
