Job description:

  1. Complete annual sales targets according to the company's target tasks, annual sales plans and measures.
  2. Responsible for customer development, tracking, maintenance, project pre-sales, communication, business negotiation and other related work of the Malaysian branch, and carry out overall control of the project.
  3. Have a keen sense of industry markets and new technology applications such as ICT, renewable energy or data centers, computing power centers, etc., and be able to fully grasp trends and customer needs of these industries; be able to independently develop target customers based on their own resource advantages.
  4. Collect various dynamic information on ICT, renewable energy or data centers, computing power centers and other industry markets, including: latest business opportunity information, customer needs, competitor information, potential partners, etc., and formulate corresponding market strategies.
  5. Provide pre-sales consulting services to customers, maintain good relationships with customers, resolve and handle customer complaints properly.
  6. Organize and prepare project fund plans, effectively control and follow up on payment according to contracts.

Requirements:

  1. This position is based in Malaysia. Chinese or Chinese in Malaysia who can use English as working language and speak and understand Chinese are preferred. Under 40 years old. The age limit can be extended to under 45 years old for those with outstanding capabilities.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or above. Related majors in computer or communications are preferred. Those familiar with the local information and communications industry in Malaysia are preferred.
  3. Have more than 5 years of market sales experience in relevant local industries in Malaysia, familiar with the content and basic technologies and products of electricity low voltage system, ICT, smart buildings or photovoltaic, data centers and other projects, and have good sales performance and related work experience. Those who have ever been in charge of the company or have market development experience in ICT, renewable energy or data center, computing power center are preferred.
  4. Familiar with local laws and regulations related to project start-up procedures in Malaysia. Have excellent public relations capabilities. Familiar with and participate in business negotiations and bidding for medium and large projects.
  5. Have good customer development capabilities and market development capabilities in ICT, renewable energy or data centers, and computing power centers. Have keen market insight and adaptability. Proficient in office management tools such as MS Office, and have certain official document writing skills.
  6. Have a good image and temperament, good learning and analysis skills, strong sense of responsibility, strong interpersonal communication skills, planning and execution skills, strong enterprising spirit, and good customer service awareness and pressure resistance ability
