Job Responsibilities: • To develop new business and maintain current business for Sea Freight, Airfreight and other Total Logistics needs. • Identifying business opportunities, studying and analysing potential sales. • Handle customer enquiries, and provide assistance to meet their requirement. • Resolve customer problem – investigate, prepare solution and discuss with Sales Manager. • Prepare sales report and coordinate the response to the requests coming from sales team and customers. • Coordinate orders processing with the respective operation departments to ensure timely shipments of customer’s cargo. • Pay visit to customers when the need arises.

Job Requirement: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. • Required language(s) : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia • Candidate is fluent in Mandarin preferred as this role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients and related parties. • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
