The role is responsible to monitor and manage operational excellence of the key areas in after-sales department i.e warranty, parts and service which includes recommendations to improve revenue, increase profitability and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

The position is required to analyze, monitor, and engage with service and parts managers in developing action plans to enhance the Company's performance.

The candidate will be reporting directly to the Head, After Sales Head Office:

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree related to engineering (all disciplines) or automotive studies. •Extensive experience with after-sales function, preferably in the automotive industry. •Good interpersonal skills and able to write business proposals proficiently (in English and Malay, if applicable) •Able to work independently, a self-starter. •Strong focus on accuracy; an eye for details. •Proficient in any dealer management system (DMS) usage •Highly proficient in the use of computer applications, especially MS Excel.
