JOB PURPOSE

• Work collaboratively on digital mobile applications with engineers, dev manager and designers to deliver and support Digital Banking initiatives for the bank.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that looks and feels native
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Bring new ideas and new ways of solving problems to the team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & OUTCOMES

1. Application Design -Writing detailed technical specifications and Definition of Done (DOD) -Technical Specifications
2. Application Development -Mobile applications, primarily in our core tech stacks ie. Java/Android or iOS or React native - High quality mobile applications with immersive user experience
3. Mentorship of Junior developers -Guide and coach junior developers in mastering the codebase and developing best-in-class mobile apps, adhering to best High quality junior/mid-level developers with good growth trajectory practices

EDUCATION Bachelor Degree / Master in IT/Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines

EXPERIENCE 6-10 years ( Mobile application development)
