Responsibilities: • Software Product Owner is responsible to drive the product roadmap and successful adoption for one of our digital platforms: o Intelligent workforce management system o Innovation data platform o Customer experience platform • Product Roadmap and Backlog o Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in line with strategic vision and anticipated user needs. o Responsible to drive product innovation ideas from concept to launch and operations. o Hands on in understanding user persona and well versed with own product’s features. o Active engagement with users to understand user behavior and expectations. o Active participation with development team to prioritize and groom backlog. • Product adoption and profitability tracking o Accountable to strategize product adoption plan and see through the execution. o Perform market study to understand market opportunity, product positioning, and competitiveness. o Identify value proposition and execute a successful business model. o Define and drive end-to-end Go-To-Market plan - work to ensure sales, marketing, development, and operations have what they need to be successful. • Periodic update to stakeholders on project status and budget tracking. • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary contact for queries related to the product. • Foster innovation culture with development team and stakeholders.

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Product Owner for software systems, preferably with telco or software platform development experience.  Experienced with aligning Agile roadmap with anticipated user needs, using methods and tools such as design thinking, UX design, A/B testing, and Agile & Lean for earlier value delivery.  Well versed with Agile/Scrum/SAFe/Nexus practices including defining epic, user stories, epic, story points, acceptance criteria, and iteration reviews. • Analytical and visualization skills - Well versed with analytical tools to gain insights into product usage, user behavior, and user preferences.  Preferably experienced with technical roles such as developer or tester in order to understand the complexity in completing a user story and basic technologies in software technologies.  Turn data insights into products with actionable outcome.  Ability to visualize complex situation to stakeholders. • Strong people skills to foster good relationship with stakeholders and manage conflicting interests.  Strong communication skills with ability to influence key stakeholders.  Strong presentation and pitching skills to drive product adoption from target audience. • Highly motivated, proactive, with entrepreneurial spirit and result-oriented working style. • Passionate in innovative new technologies and transformational product roadmap, able to challenge traditional processes and identify opportunities for automation. • Track record of successful past product ownership results that created impact.
