Job Purpose:
-To help progress this customer support team by developing and maintaining efficient technical and after-sales support to customers 
-The post holder will be responsible for assisting the Company in all aspects of their technical duties.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
-To manage new customer’s project from requirement mapping, installation,testing, commissioning to implementation.
-Provide project completion support to customer, such as enquiries, requests and troubleshooting via phone call or email.
-Remotely connect to users’ computers, determine issues and provide solutions if possible or provide concise details to development for further analysis and resolution.
-Capture and record details of each support request in the ticketing system.
-Work closely with development to make the software more intuitive, easier to deploy and easier to support.
-Work closely with sales division to provide technical information about the software as well as pre-sales technical support as needed.
-Analyze each support request for root cause; determine if the issue could be prevented by changes in the software or business processes, and outline change recommendations.

The person:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or software related.
-Minimum 1 -2 years relevant experience in technical support
-Fresh graduates with good results GPA 3.0 and above are welcome to apply.
-Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Passion for solving puzzle and learning how things work
-Willingness to research and make processes more efficient
-Someone who enjoys initiating change
-Excellent follow-through with minimal supervision

Salary with the above knowledge will be RM4.5k to RM6K.

However if fresh candidates with at least half the above, salary range from RM3.3K to RM3.8K
