Job Role:

1. Work with end users, vendor and partner in implementing Server, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, Linux and Cloud platform.
2. Engage in the maintenance and support activities, which include perform troubleshooting, incident response and patching.
3. Coordinate with end user and respective vendors on problem resolution, implementation issues, upgrades and migration.
4. Create and maintain documentation for installation, changes, upgrades and operational maintenance.

Requirement:

1. Have 2-3 years in technical support / project implementation.
2. Skills: Server, Storage, Virtualization, Networking, Security, Cloud platform
3. Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent
4. Based at Kuching, Sarawak
