We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as TA Manager. The TA Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of HR department including talent acquisition, retention, training, onboarding, payroll, leave and benefit administration, policies and best practices enforcement.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Partners with the leadership team to understand, develop and implement the organization's human resource and talent strategy to fulfil current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Manages the talent acquisition process, which include recruitment, JD updating, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, conflicts or other issues.
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution; oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programmes to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talents.
• Develop learning and development programmes and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. • Maintain HR systems, processes, company organization charts and employee directory.
• Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain and ensure all company HR policies and best practices are applied consistently and in compliance with the employment laws.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Required skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 6 years of experience in human resource management.

▪ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
▪ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• In-depth knowledge of labour laws, regulations and HR best practices.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Preferably someone with IT recruitment experiences
