JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE

To facilitate the Project Director/Director of Digital Strategy for Digital Projects and the Head of Group Digital Business Development on the technical aspects of all digital projects handled by Digital Business Development & Funding department to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the digital projects. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Management of IT Systems, Business Support & Technology Services for Digital Projects 

Full scope of technical program management of initiatives in the digital business pipeline

Monitor Digital Product systems continuously and meet agreed SLAs for each Digital Product system.

Anticipate future enhancements for Digital Product systems, including the economics of the proposals.

Vendor Management, where needed

Collaborate with stakeholder groups across the organization to ensure business - technology alignment and proposed solutions meeting defined specifications and needs.

  • Implementation of Digital Projects 

Projects delivery such as System Upgrade, Infrastructure Upgrade etc.

Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects

Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

Oversee and manage system SITs and UAT with relevant post test reports Identify technical issues and recommend solutions for decision making

Vendor Management, where needed

  • Documentation Requirements 

 Research, create and review the BRD, SRS, Functional and Non functional requirement document

Develop Use case diagrams, Process flow, user scanarios, “As- Is” and “To-Be” processes with the help of data modeling tools

Performing business process mapping and gap analysis

Prepare Business process and system requirement documents

Gap Analysis

  • IT Governance and Security for Digital Projects 

Proper Actions and Awareness are being undertaken

Cyber security measures including preventive are put in place

Ensuring IT Risks, Governance and Control are being practiced

  • Rules & Regulations and Policies & Procedures Compliance 

Proper Actions and Awareness are being undertaken
