Key Responsibilities 

• Plan and implement new designs 

• Optimize existing user interface designs 

• Test for intuitivity and experience 

• Iterate and improve existing designs 

• Perform A/B testing of new designs 
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (issuers, investors and partners) to understand their business goals and objectives 

• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions 

• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements 

• Create prototypes for new product ideas 

• Test new ideas before implementing 

• Conduct an ongoing user research 

Skills 

• 3+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role 

• Possess an extensive UI design portfolio 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to discuss and explain design options 

• Detail oriented 

• Critical thinker 

• Design thinker 

• Problem solver and customer-centered 

• Able to help drive Design Sprints 

• Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, etc. 

• 3+ years years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3 

• 3+ years of experience of Figma tool 

• Knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction 

• Proficient in Design Thinking approaches and methods

Experience 

• Experience in Agile Project Delivery is mandatory 

• Experience in financial services (banking and/or capital markets) is a plus 

Qualifications 

• BSc. in Digital Design, or equivalent
